PS4 Experience while playing it.

To become a PS4 player is not easy as I think. Besides the challenging of the games, I also have to find a suitable time to play. With having two kids already, it's quite difficult to find some spaces and times to focus and concentrate on the completion of the games. However, I have accomplished several games already even I just bought my PS4 in 3 months in the past. The first game that I have played was Assassin's Creed Black Flag which I believe one of the best third view person games all time.

After struggling for almost a month which I think very challenging, I have done all of the main story mission. From my opinion, the game was not too hard to be played. The very challenging experience was to find a suitable time. My youngest kid at the particular time was 2 months old and with my intention to finish playing it in short period of time, I have had a war with my baby and my wife as well.

After some times, I started to learn that I need to do think different strategy how in enjoying my hobby. Right now, I can play my PS4 everyday by starting reducing my sleep hour. Normally, I am quite sleepy person even the clock just showed at nine. Now, normally I will sleep at around 11.30 to  12 am.

Now, I am playing my third game which is Dragon Age Inquisition. I have a big problem because I have only one TV only and need to share with my wife. My wife really like to watch TV. When Astro launched Astro Beyond with PVR, I was thinking that she is the most happy person in Earth. She was starting to record series in watch it back all times. All of type of series including, of course, Korean Series, US, Latin, cooking programme, etc... After some times living in that way, I start watching Korean Series as well in ONE channel.

You know what, Korea people really expert in making series. If you realize, everyone in the series is connected to each other. That is the way how they can safe budget. In addition, the series can go up to more than 100 episodes which I think they exaggerated it too much on it. That is why I was saying to my wife, just inform me when it is at 90th episode. The current series that we are watching is love.... i forgot the title. I was informed it has 120 episodes. Because I have been watching it since episode 90, it is quite difficult to stop myself from ignoring it because the plots in the series makes you feel curious about what is going to be in the next episode. As the result, I have to defer my progress in the dragon age. Oh god..

Looking for foods in KL

In KL, one of the best thing you can find is  foods. As everybody know that Malaysia is a multiracial country which has a diversity of races and cultures. So its foods. I have read in news paper indicating that the biggest factor why expatriates stay in KL is because of a wide range of foods. As Malaysian, I am very proud and taking this advantage to look and taste variation of foods.

When my wife and I was still students in Bangi, our interest was same which was to find good eating places. And now, we have two children and we are still looking for a new place which has delicious and different taste of foods.

1. Chicken Chop

This is very famous food world widely. One of the best chicken chop we had eaten was at Palm Garden Restaurant in Bangi. I think the restaurant was belong to the Palm Garden Hotel. Back in 2007, I think the price was about RM17.00++, which was considered very expansive for a plate of chicken. The taste was amazing. Unforfunely, it was closed probably because its price tag.

2. Chinese Cuisine

We have tried four Chinese Muslim restaurants around Klang Valley area. After tasting and doing some analysis to the dishes between HJ Sharin Low, Adam Lai, Mee Tarik Warisan Asli and Mohd Chan Abdullah restaurant, we have decided to choose a winner among the competitors. Without hesitate we have chosen Adam Lai Restaurant as one of the best Chinese Restaurant in Klang Valley. Our favorite foods here are butter prawn, adam lai chicken and kung po chicken. Although there are quite expansive, but we feel they are really worth every single penny. This restaurant is belong to a very famous comedian  Abby Yus and his closed friend Chef Adam Lai. If I am not mistaken, currently they have more than 2 branches in KL.

Butter Prawn

Chicken Kung Po

Now, I am really feel hungry again.

3. Seafood fast food.

My wife really like to eat and cook nontraditional foods especially abroad foods. She really like searching those recipes and restaurants in Internet by reading people reviews  from heavy internet users who have shared everything in their life. There are two seafood fast food restaurant in Malaysia that I knew, Fish & Co and Manhattan Fish Market. We tried it both and came out with opinion that Manhattan Fish Market is better. Actually, we have gone to the restaurants for about 10 times and we took the same dish every time we went there.

This is the dish that I mentioned just now. This is called flaming platter which consist of shrimp, dowry fish, oyster, squid, fries, rice and lemon. This menu will cost you more than 50 ringgit and can be shared for 2 persons. This is a really heavy dish and you would not handle it by yourself (unless you are starving to death). What makes this dish really special the waiter will burn the shrimp at your table. Making you feel eagerly to taste the mayo shrimp. My personal opinion is this is the most delicious shrimps I have ever tasted.

So. that's all from me this time. Adios.

FPV Budget Quadcopter in Malaysia

When I was a kid, I was always dream about to have a remote control car which I could play even from my bed. The one which I could view via its attached camera even from a far distance. The car might have the same speed with my dad's car which I could play while traveling. But right now, I believe that my dream was too sophisticated to be achieved even it was already 20 years, the current technology still couldn't make it. That feature is currently called first person view (FPV) which you can view the live video from your RC camera in given screen or even your mobile phone. There are a lot of choices out there but I am going to introduce some which is available in Malaysia and are designed for beginner.

3. Cheerson CX-30.
RC Iphone Android Wifi FPV Quadcopter + Camera - 4CH 2.4G CX-30 DJI

This is cheerson CX-30. A small quadcopter which consist in my dream feature. Bear in mind that this is the cheapest FPV quad in market. So, it is not completed to full fill all of people desires. By reading its spec, it is understood that it can be flown in a range of 30m but the live time video is only in a range of 20m. I believe that the stated 20m range is the number without any interference such wall or any barrier. One of the biggest drawbacks of this drone is its flying time. 5-6 min is really not enough playing this rc. You might need extra batteries rather than waiting more that 1 hour to fully charge it. Well, the price would not be more that RM300.00 and I think this is the most budget quad if you still want an FPV feature's drone.

2. Hubsan H107D

Be the smallest FPV quad, this RC is the very suitable drone for the beginner. Its spec it better than CX-30, so its price tag. Selling for around RM500 ++, make it the most expensive micro size drone.  Although it has a small size, but the flying radius and live video distance is up to 100m. However, by flying 100m away will make it seems very small and you might need an extra glasses to track back your drone. One more thing, its transmitter is already equipped with LCD screen so no need for you to use your mobile phone as the monitor.

1. WLtoys V666

WLtoys V666 is the best budget FPV quad I think in Malaysia. It has RM650.00 ++ price tag and has 200m  flying and live video radius. However, the price is excluded the lcd screen. It is big drone, so it is not suitable for indoor.

I really love the drone because it is also practical as aerial photographer and videographer training intruments. WLtoys is really becoming a good name in building quadcopter. They provide so many spare parts to fix or even upgrade your drone. Anti shocked camera together with shocked absorber is really very good innovation. Of course that it cannot compete with GoPro with gimbal, but at least they give some hope and chance for beginner  to train and practice before getting the professional drone. Besides, you can also upgrade and convert you WLtoys quad to become FPV quad. You can find the information here:

_MG_7679

This is the parts that you can get to upgrade your quad. But not many people have done it before. There are probably some technical issue you might face in upgrading your device since it will consume more power and give more weight to your quad.

Well, that's the list that I think probably the most practical quadcopter to get with medium price tag. You can find a lot of other drones with have an FPV feature by surfing to international shopping website. Make your own comparison and share it.That's all for now. Thanks.

Budget Quadcopter you can get in Malaysia

After looking at high end quadcopter, I was thinking to get one probably to be involved in photography field because it looks like very entertaining. Nevertheless I can't straight away spend my cash on something that is really expensive for me. There are so many advices from experts saying that you have to get an amateur quadcopter first before spending at the high end one. For me, you have to buy the cheap one before your thousand of Ringgit blown away just like that. Here, we will discuss most of budget quadcopters which currently available in Malaysia market. Btw, you have to search and compare the prices via lelong, lazada, mudah etc to get the actual price.  One more thing, I would like to just focus on outdoor quadcopter only because you can get the indoor quad as low as RM70.00 in market.

Actually, the differences between the outdoor and indoor quad is not just the size (outdoor size is bigger that indoor). It is also different in term of its control-ability. The bigger the size, the more stable it is. Actually, the stability of the flying machine is depending on its shape and greatly influenced by its weight. Extra weight will give your quad more resistance to wind but you would need extra capacity of battery. I did some research about magnitude of wind that is suitable for flying. Normally, in US, the professional aerial photographer is depending on weather and wind strength forecast to do their job. Of course that you won't place your stuff in a high risk condition otherwise it will be blown off by the strong wind. But, for us as amateur player and just for hobby, it's better to concentrate on a budget quad only at this time being.

When talk about budget, of course it is low end product. You can't expect it is equipped with all of sophisticated parts such FHD camera, GPS function, FPV, more than 10 min flying time, more that 200m flying range and so on. The quad might equipped with one of them only which will depend on the model and brand. One more thing, please don't expect that the machine is fabricated in Europe or US continents. Most of the quad are from China, design and build 100% by Chinese. Please do not think that Chinese 's product is out of quality. Nowadays, everything is from China. They currently is the main supplier of goods to the whole world. Without them, all of prices definitely would increase. Even my genuine PS4 is made in China. BTW, below is the lists that I could come with.

1. Syma X5C (estimated RM180.00)

Syma X5C Explorers 6 Axis 2.4G 4CH RC Quadcopter With HD Camera

If you go to toy store finding a quad, definitely there will be offering you this. Syma is very well know brand for RC flying machine. Even they are Chinese's company, but the whole world is talking about them. Probably their quad is cheaper than others and it is equipped with 2MP camera. The camera can do recording but believe me the quality is very poor. With 2MP camera, taking photo would be more suitable I think. The flying time would be up to 7min and is supplied by 3.7V 500mAh Li-poly battery. For me, the biggest drawback of this RC is its flying range. Please don't trust the picture which it have flied very high. It only can be control up to 50m only. So, it you want to take photos from above, you would need to go farther than that.

2. WLtoys Galaxy V353 (estimated RM 230.00)

Oh my god, I like this quad very much. WLtoys is one of the good brand name of quadcopter. The V303 as mentioned in last posts indicated that there are willing to invest in manufacturing a beast machine competing with DJI Phanton II. But, V353 is not bad also.

With its price tag is more competitive than X5C, it posses something that is lacking in X5C. Equipped with 7.4V 850mAh, the RC can fly up to 130m, making it very worth to be bought. But, there is one little tiny problem for this quad. With its price tag it is absence of camera. Well, for me it kinda missing out of very a important part. If you want camera, you have to buy separately for about USD 45.00 including shipping. I couldn't find the camera selling here in Malaysia in internet. Maybe you can get the part from toy store.

 3. DFD F183

This is very good alternative than Syma and WLtoys. DFD is not a big name in RC world but they are willing to compete with others. This RC has more like the same spec with the V353 plus 2MP camera. With its price tag of RM250.00 ++ , it would be a very nice buys. I personally would choose F183 for my first quad. Based on review, I can say that not bad to give a try.

Well, these three machine are currently available in Malaysia. Grab it and feel the excitement. The list here is not complete. I personally don't like the quadcopter like this.

wltoys v262 rc helicopter
Maybe because it looks like very ugly and more like a toy. If you don't care, there are a lot of choices then. However, you can take off the blade protector if you want. What are the important characteristic that you might know about the RC before buying are the flying time, flying range, its camera and of course the most important thing is its available spare parts.

Next time, I'll be writing about Cheerson CX-30W which has First Person View (FPV) function which can be shown in your smartphone while flying.  Thank you....

Quadcopter in Malaysia

Quadcopter in Malaysia

Quadcopter is a remote control (RC) flying machine which has blades. Quad means four and quadcopter has four blades. Some people called quadcopter as UFO since it's look more like a UFO. From my research via internet, there are two types of quadcopter which the one with blade shield and without it. If you are professional enough to control this machine, it is advised to get unprotected blade. However, controlling this machine is pretty easy.

 Quadcopter without blade shield

Quadcopter with blade shield

In Malaysia, Quadcopter is not really well known right now because most of us think that it might cost you much money to spend. After did a little searching in internet via lelong, lazada, mudah and international shopping website, I found that you can get this RC as low as RM 80.00.

Recently, I went to Jalan Pasar  near to Jalan Pudu which is located very near to my office. Actually I got a little matter at the bank which is rightly located in front of the market. I decided to have a look at the shop there. After a while, I was quite surprise when i noticed one object rightly above my head. I was thinking it might be an insect or something. After having a glance at it, i realized it is RC toy which is looked like helicopter but i didn't find the person who was controlling it. After looking all around, I found the controller was inside the shop. It was quite far from me and i started to love to know about it more.

The machine is very stable and you can fly it without moving. There are I believe three type of sizes which are small, medium and big. The small would give you good controlling ability especially in small constraint area such as in room or closed building. The medium size would give you better range of distance and very good in wind resistance as well. At the beginning, I would suggest you to get the micro one since it is very cheap and you can get it including some parts as blade. Believe me, you would need that since most of this quadcopter already build with good quality of material which posses high flexibility preventing it from get damaged.

If you asked me, I would go for DJI phantom 2. This is a very beast machine which can fly more than 500m. Can you believe that, 500m? One of the strength of this beast is it has an extreme flying hours which you can fly it for up to 25min in one charging. It also got very good security system which preventing it from flying away if you exceed the flying range and if your controller ran out of battery. Complete equipped with GPS system, it will fly back to the launching area when something is wrong. For me, why i like it a lot more that other quadcopters is its ability in taking Arial video. If you like to learn arial videography or photography, this would be your perfect choice. I believe in Malaysia, not many individual or company are offering the Arial Videography services because you need skill and money to get the machine. But, 5 years from now I believe people will be making use of it in some special event like to do marketing of your business or even your private ceremony like wedding. Equipping it with all of the sophisticated devices and sensors will give you one major problem, it's very pricey. To get the DJI phantom 2 with gimbal and pro hero HD camera, you need about RM 5,000.00. That is the reason why in Malaysia, it is less favorite to be owned unless if you have more than 2 wallets at your home. However, there are some other alternatives for you to get a powerfull RC with cheaper price. In market, as we know China always come out with something that has same spec and looking but in reduced price. For example you can search about WLtoys V303, Seraphi and CX-20. By the way, you can watch the video taken by reviewer and compare it to suit your own needs on youtube.

Splash
    Seraphi

 Walkera QR X350

Next time, I will share about budget quadcopter range between RM150.00 to RM250.00 which has more that 100m flying range which I think more practical as a hobby.   Bye.....

First of tiny steps.

Hi Malaysia,

First step in life time journey... This is my first time writing something and post it blog to be viewed. Actually there are a lot of reasons behind it. First, to learn and apply English in my daily life. I know that someone will question my language in this writing. Relax dude, give me a shot and give a try to use it. Right now, i don't care about my grammar, structure of sentence or whatever, I just want to get improved. I know some of blogger have reach more than thousand of posting. Do I care since my intention of writing is not to earn money or something. (But if I have a chance, I'll grab it without you know, haha)

Second, I think I have so many things to share with everybody (even I know no one will read it). It more like my journal or in other words is more like a diary of mine but I'm not going to write everyday. Up to you to follow or what. I don't care.

Actually, I want my blog's name like myhobbs, myint, somethings that sound hobby or interest because I'm going to share all my hobbies and interesting stuff. I got so many hobbies in entertaining myself. Well, you know living in KL and trap in congested city everyday have made me to become someone else like townie guy who are without any intention to do something else which is can benefit me.

Btw, back to the topic of hobby, I meant it that I got so many hobbies. But, I think the best of those hobbies  is to find a new hobby. That is the reason why I always do and search about new things. Recently, I have searched and googled about the beast machine of PS4 which will cost you about RM 1399 without the game disk.

http://www.cinemablend.com/images/sections/58472/sony_58472.jpg

I personally would say this is a really awesome machine for teenager and half adult person like me. Indeed, it is really expensive to have a lonely consul for that price. But, I can say I'm a lucky guy because my wife give the machine in conjunction with one third anniversary. (well, I'm married already, sorry girls).  I'm going to share the experience having it in front of my 43 inch of HD TV soon.

However, I'm currently is looking for another interest about the flying machine name as QUADCOPTER.

Oh man, the picture is one of the most expensive quadcopter currently in market which will cost you RM 5000.00 including gimbal and HD action camera. I definitely will write about it soon.

So, I think it is long enough for my first posting. Second will be better. The next will better then second. Adious..
